Systemverkauf
AXIOM ZA120 und AXIOM ZA95
Lieferumfang:
Das kabelgebundene Hybrid-Aerostat-TUAS in der jeweiligen Variante — AXIOM ZA120 für den taktischen Einsatz oder AXIOM ZA95 für den operativen Einsatz — mit Aerostat, Tether, Bodensegment (Winde, Energieversorgung, Anker) sowie Führungs- und Auswertesoftware. Payload-Bestückung erfolgt nutzerspezifisch über die vier vorgesehenen Payload-Slots.
Adressat:
Streitkräfte, Grenzschutzbehörden, Betreiber kritischer Infrastruktur und Industriepartner mit eigenem Beschaffungsweg.
Vertragsmodell:

Scope of Delivery:
The tethered hybrid aerostat TUAS in the respective variant—AXIOM ZA120 for tactical use or AXIOM ZA95 for operational use—including the aerostat, tether, ground segment (winch, power supply, anchor), and control and analysis software. Payload configuration is user-specific via the four designated payload slots.
Target Audience:
Armed forces, border protection agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and industry partners with their own procurement channels.
Contract Model:
Individual procurement or framework call-offs, tailored to the respective national, NATO, or EU procurement channels. Details on interoperability can be found under Procurement.

Maintenance and Repair
Wartung und Instandhaltung
Lieferumfang:
Vorgesehen sind planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Instandhaltung von Aerostat, Tether, Bodensegment und Software, Ersatzteilversorgung sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehlerdiagnose über die Nutzungsdauer.
Adressat:
Betreiber eines bereits beschafften Systems.
Vertragsmodell:
Wiederkehrender Service- oder Wartungsvertrag über festgelegte Laufzeiten, ergänzend zum Systemverkauf.

Scope of Delivery:
The scope includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the aerostat, tether, ground segment, and software; spare parts supply; and support with fault diagnosis throughout the system’s service life.
Intended Audience:
Operators of a system that has already been procured.
Contract Model:
Recurring service or maintenance contract for specified terms, in addition to the system sale.
Payload-Upgrades
Lieferumfang:
Erweiterung oder Austausch der Sensor- und Effektorbestückung über die vier Payload-Slots — EO/IR, SAR, Funkaufklärung, Störsender sowie die Anbindung von Abfangdrohnen über die Docking-Stationen. Die Plattform bleibt dabei unverändert; nur die Nutzlast wechselt.
Adressat:
Bestandskunden, deren Missionsprofil sich verändert, sowie Nutzer, die eine C-UAS-Fähigkeit nachrüsten möchten.
Vertragsmodell:
Einzelbeauftragung je Upgrade oder Aufnahme in einen bestehenden Wartungsvertrag.

Expansion or replacement of sensor and effector configurations via the four payload slots—EO/IR, SAR, electronic intelligence, jammers—as well as the integration of interceptor drones via the docking stations. The platform remains unchanged; only the payload is replaced.

Existing customers whose mission profiles are changing, as well as users who wish to retrofit C-UAS capability.
Contract Model:
Individual order for each upgrade or inclusion in an existing maintenance contract.

Training und Education
Lieferumfang: Ausbildung von Bedienpersonal für den gefesselten und den freifliegenden Betrieb sowie Ausbildung von Instandsetzungspersonal für Wartung und Fehlerbehebung. Umfang und Ausbildungsort werden projektspezifisch festgelegt.
Adressat: Bedienpersonal und technisches Personal des Nutzers, typischerweise im Zusammenhang mit einem Systemverkauf.
Vertragsmodell: Bestandteil des Systemverkaufs oder als eigenständiger Ausbildungsvertrag, auch zur Auffrischung nach Personalwechsel.

Scope of Delivery: Training of operating personnel for tethered and free-flight operations, as well as training of maintenance personnel for maintenance and troubleshooting. The scope and location of the training will be determined on a project-by-project basis.
Intended Audience: The user’s operating and technical personnel, typically in connection with a system sale.
Contract Model: Part of the system sale or as a standalone training contract, including refresher training following personnel changes.
ISR-as-a-Service
Lieferumfang: Die Aufklärungsfähigkeit des Systems als Dienstleistung, ohne dass der Nutzer das System selbst beschafft, betreibt oder instand hält. ZEPDRONE stellt Personal, Betrieb und Wartung für den vereinbarten Einsatzzeitraum.
Adressat: Nutzer ohne eigenen Beschaffungsweg für ein Verteidigungssystem sowie Bedarfsträger mit einer zeitlich begrenzten Lage, etwa temporärer Objektschutz oder eine befristete Übungs- oder Einsatzunterstützung.
Vertragsmodell: Dienstleistungsvertrag über einen definierten Zeitraum, unabhängig von einem Systemkauf. Damit ist dies der Einstiegspunkt für Nutzer, die eine Fähigkeit benötigen, aber keine Plattform beschaffen wollen oder können.

Scope of Delivery: The system’s reconnaissance capabilities provided as a service, without the user having to procure, operate, or maintain the system themselves. ZEPDRONE provides personnel, operation, and maintenance for the agreed-upon deployment period.
Intended Audience: Users who do not have their own procurement channels for a defense system, as well as users with time-limited requirements, such as temporary facility protection or limited-term exercise or mission support.
Contract Model: A service contract for a defined period, independent of any system purchase. This makes it the entry point for users who need a capability but do not want to or cannot procure a platform.

Consulting and Integration of Existing Systems
Lieferumfang: Fachliche Beratung zu Aufklärungs- und C-UAS-Konzepten sowie die Einbindung von AXIOM in bestehende Führungs- und Waffeneinsatzsysteme des Nutzers, ausgelegt auf NATO- und EU-Standards und STANAG-orientierte Schnittstellen. ZEPDRONE integriert etablierte Systeme, statt sie zu ersetzen.
Adressat: Bedarfsträger in der Konzeptphase, Industriepartner mit bestehender Systemlandschaft, Beschaffungsstellen vor einer Investitionsentscheidung.
Vertragsmodell: Beratungsauftrag oder Integrationsprojekt, unabhängig vom Erwerb eines Systems möglich.

ZEPDRONE integrates established systems rather than replacing them.
Target Audience: Decision-makers in the conceptual phase, industry partners with an existing system landscape, and procurement agencies facing an investment decision.
Contract Model: Consulting engagement or integration project; available independently of the acquisition of a system.
